The fastest way to reach Cebu is by plane. Cebu is an international destination with flights from Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. Arrival is at Mactan International Airport which is 15 km east of Cebu City. Airport terminal fees are Php 100 (cash) for domestic flghts and Php 550 for international flights.
From Manila, Cebu is just an hour away by plane. It is an ideal jump-off point for other tourist attractions in Visayas and Mindanao.
Mactan-Cebu International Airport is serviced by the Cathay Pacific, Silk Air, Korean Air , Asiana Airlines and Qatar Airways.
VIA LAND:
"Buses bound for Cebu leave from Dumaguete, Oriental Negros and Bacolod, Negros Occidental every hour. The main bus lines servicing Cebu area are Ceres Bus Liner (261 5008), CBL Liner (232 1850),ABC Liner (253 1668) and Rough Riders (233 5238)."
It is also possible to take your car here via a Roll On-Roll Off (RORO) ferry.
